Do I need my own domain?
No. We can publish on a free subdomain first. If you already own a domain, we connect it. If you want one, we help you register it in your name (the domain itself is paid separately).
What exactly does the chat bot do?
It answers the questions you give us (hours, prices, services, location, parking and so on) and collects booking or contact requests with the customer's name and contact, which are sent to you to confirm.
Can my site be in Estonian or Finnish?
Yes. Your site and bot can be in Estonian, Finnish, English, or two languages. This page is in English.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, a short description, opening hours, services or menu with prices, photos if you have them, and the answers you want the bot to give.
Is €299 the full price?
€299 + VAT covers the setup: design, build, the chat assistant and publishing. Hosting and ongoing updates are the optional care plan at €29 + VAT a month. Without it, we hand the site over to you.
How do I pay?
By invoice, with VAT added. We confirm the details with you before work starts.
